Prices:

Regular: 250 EUR
Includes:

• Participation fee.
• Full day meals.
• Accommodation in “The Cow Shed” and “The Stable” (there are single, double, three-bed or four-bed rooms, some of which have their own bathrooms, and some with shared showers. The choice of rooms is down to availability, so early registration gives you a better possibility).

Family option: 250 EUR per person
Includes:

• Participation fee.
• Full day meals.
• Accommodation in a family room in a separate building - “The Gardener’s House” (it is a small, quiet building and only 5 rooms are available, so if you choose this option you need to let us know well in advance).

Prices for children:
0 - 4 years old: free of charge
5 - 10 years old: 180 EUR per child
10 - 18 years old: 200 EUR per child

A helping hand: 230 EUR per person (for those who are taking care of the children but do not participate in ECITE).

Tent option: 190 EUR
Includes:

• Participation fee.
• Full day meals.
• Accommodation in your own tent, with your own bedding and bed linen (space for tents is limited, so if you chose this option you need to let us know well in advance).

The Granary Hotel: 350 EUR
Includes:

• Participation fee.
• Full day meals.
• Accommodation in the Hotel (6 single bedrooms are available. All rooms in the Granary Hotel have a bathroom with shower and are equipped with telephone, satellite TV, radio and WiFi Internet access).

Car parking: 10 EUR for the whole week.


Sauna: 2 EUR per hour.


The down payment of 150 € is required. Please make a money transfer within 14 days from the date of receiving the confirmation of your participation in ECITE 2013.
